URL Program using Java needs a small update

Hi,
I have a URL Java Program where it correlates with Excel sheets and uploads certain data from it.
I need one small fix where from each sheet that is loaded, it takes 3 certain cell values from every spreadsheet that is loaded. I need this to change to the following three fields:
- STYLE NUMBER
- SIZE
- NAME
Every time a sheet is loaded the program needs to pick up these three fields and load the data into the program. I have video evidence.
I need someone who can work fast on it with a low budget, quoted in this project. Anybody higher will not be considered.
