TCP Server(Java/C#) to LuaSocket Needed [$30]!!

I have the exact sample code here for the server [login to view URL] My goal is to have the GameBoy Advance Emulator BizHawk 1.6.1, that is controlled by a Lua Script, send the Lua Console output in realtime to my [login to view URL] chat bot. The only way to do this is the diagram below. You can ignore the Twitter & LiveSplits parts (for now). [login to view URL] So, I'm sending output from the PokeBot Lua script that's controlling the GBA Emulator through a LuaSocket (which I've already set up), then I need a TCP server (the Java Bridge) to take that output and handle the messages that come to it, and then send that to the Twitch chat bot. Those actions get sent to the Lua Console output in realtime. I need the TCP server coded to take that those commands (the console output) and send it to the Twitch chat bot.
