Good day, i can offer a hybrid application based on Ionic2 (3.x) framework with Angular 2 (4.x.x version) that implements login/registration functionalities (depends on your auth scheme ofcourse) based on templates provided. Also pages based on templates provided. Application will be bundled as AOT/Bundle module for Website part, as well as hosted on Heroku service for demonstration (requires CORS from your backend setup). Also, will provide a project in Intelij Idea, setup with building .akp (android only) and web publishing with npm & gulp. Full source code will be provided via Git repository. Setup part: Can provide a web infrastructure setup for Frontend application, and deploy .apk to existing Google Play account.
