Offline crm with database web connection+send sms from gsm by usb cable connection

i have online php application for my work. make ticket-invoice-calendar-notitions-mail and track-trace ticket status and more... now i need a .EXE version. so can use also totaly offline. but customer able to track-trace his ticket status( so database extern connections possible-) project will written totaly from zero - you can take my online crm as sample of project. (about ticket questions - how all works now... +/- same for offline but than with some more options) * add-edit customer * make new ticket * calendar - event * notition for each ticket * notitions for workers * stock manager * send sms message from offline .exe crm by connection gsm by usb cable (like nokia pc suite - you text message inside nokia pc suite and send - but finaly message is gone from gsm self no need extern web connection so cost of send sms is from gsm gone..-send message examle ticket status change to complete can press Send status sms yes/ if gsm is connected by usb cable he send sms) * price calculator ( items + cost ) * price calculator will also connected to online database - if customer go to mypage can also see price-item * database connection enter from admin panel (server databasenaam-login-pass-)(and each 1 min system get update or by each change.. so customer alwasy up to date if status changed of his ticket) * make new ticket online from my page and receive ticket inside crm (so here you need also use my current crm or make online php form of ticket and connect to online database - but dont forget if new ticket created also my system receive new ticket-updated database) * send mail from offline crm (if outlook etc exe have internet connection+by enter pop smtp etc offcours) * customer must able track-trace ticket status by internet - example ticket status FINISH - when they track they see ticket with status finish... so exe must have database which also connected - update his self if internet connection able - etc.. connection database ... and much more.. is +/- 45 a 60 days work from strach! only good coder is needed. day 15 if %25 (big 4-5 task) not ready project will be cancel. so if you are realy good in vb-c programming make a offer. to do project information task will gived after your pm - * project will gived to one who have already created before somethink like these... payment will be in 3 part / %40 when half done and 50% when complete. %10 milestone when you get project.
