Hello Freelancers, I want to develop a Android and iOS Application. It is a hard job here so the budget is around $4000 (for both Android and iOS app) [INCLUDING FREELANCER FEES] Ok here are a few details. 1. The app if switched off should automatically start again. 2. Its not a game. Its a APP. 3. Its related to browsers so you should have a nice knowledge on the working of browsers.(The App is NOT a BROWSER) I will give the further details to only some freelancers I think are genuinely interested in app building and have built certain apps. I will need a list of apps you have previously developed for Android.I will download and install them. So please serious bidders only. I will make a Milestone only if I am sure that you can build the app and only when you at least show me the design.
