Autocomplete on county textboxes on [login to view URL]

In [url removed, login to view] when “Edit” is selected on the grid the text box under “County” becomes an autoselect textbox. It works fine on the first row but not on the other rows (the text must be typed in manually). I want the autoselect functioning on all the text boxes under “County” in the page. When the “County” text box is edited and an option is selected that value must be saved to the database along with everything else in the row (as it is in the first row).
It can be done by jQuery or AngularJS, I don’t mind which one. The existing functionality must not be affected; in particular the “Add New” section at the top which is working and must not be broken.
