Hi We have done a tutorial app before that searches for teachers and finds the best teacher and connects the teacher to the student and they can have a real-time chat. But your app is different and we can do it very easily. First, we will build the Android app then if it was as good as your wishes we will build the iOS one. also, we use firebase for the backend of the app but if you need more customized back-end we can use node.js for the backend. we will build your app with Android Studio in Java language which is more optimized and also, We have an ios expert in our team that will develop the iOS app in swift language, as you can see both of the languages are native as you want.
