Looking for a Facebook Marketer / Promoter

Hello,
I am looking for someone who can promote my websites on a budget. I would prefer someone who can get me fast results without using paid advertising, but still be able to find targeted users. The perfect candidate would be able to do this for under $75 per month (per website) and bring around 2000 targeted visitors to my website. I would not like to spend any money on advertising if possible.
If you also write content for Facebook that is an added bonus as I may be willing to pay for Facebook content creation depending on your rates.
This would be a long term arrangement and I have 5 websites that need this done if I like your work it will scale.
If we agree on content creation I will be setting up IFTTT to send out Tweets and other social media posts as well.
