LOOKING FOR: a full time virtual assistant to act as my Transaction Coordinator.

YOUR JOB: Communicate with the parties involved in the home selling process (buyers, sellers, agents,attorneys, bankers, title companies, appraisers, contractors, home inspectors, etc.); Assign tasks to members of the team; Follow-up with the requests and need of the customers and clients; Make decisions to solve unexpected challenges.
