Adwords Expert with own Adwords Accounts

Since few months we have had problems with creating new Google Adwords Accounts. Each new account displays error „ Your account is suspended – We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other Adwords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your Adwords accounts.”. Despite promoting legal content, no cloacking etc our new accounts are suspended with this error code (all old accounts are working fine). We think that it is related with our payment method – virtual or plastic credit cards, but we haven't option to top up Adwords Accounts with other method. We would like to start cooperation with Google Adwords expert. We provide keywords, Ad Texts, Campaigns configuration. We only need a person who : - have his own Adwords Accounts, is able to top up his accounts without any problems - could optimalize not effective keywords. - have has few years experience with Adwords We need remote access to adwords accounts to manage Campaigns. Projects with advertisement budgets from 300usd/month to 5000 usd /month.
