Complete SEO and top ranking key words to bring traffic to a new website

Need to build complete SEO to a new Wordpress website and achieve top 3 ranking on Google, Bing and Yahoo for around 15 keywords with medium - high competition. I need someone that can write internet unique, attractive, descriptive, seo friendly, keyword rich descriptions for each product probably 300 products, I would also like for each products meta tags to be written to match the product description and keywords for the best possible SEO results!
