Infographic design reconstitution work

Hello. I found an infographic in english that i want to have in french. I've done the translation and have adapted it to my personnal needs and i'm looking for a graphic person to make me a similar infographic on a free tool like piktochart or any similar tool listed here [login to view URL] Note that i don't want the exact same graphics library, just the general lay out and graphics that evoque the same ideas. So there is little or no creative work here. Just copy/paste of my text and graphics. I just want someone who have the time i don't have now. So, in your bid, pls, send me a message with the number of hours you expect to spend on it. Why ? Because i have a lot of other work like that in the room for potential regular work. Even someone who is very good in image editing can do this ;-) (but i prefer to do it on infographic tool, because we can have more flexibility for later.) The most important thing to note is that See the infographic attached and the copy with a part of the translation, so u can estimate accurately the work need.
