Completion of an iOS app (90% completed) and Bug Fixing

I have an iOS app which is 90% completed but has some bugs in it.
The previous developer has run away (he also took my money!), so now I am looking for an expert iOS developer who specializes in finishing incomplete apps, and also likes bug fixing.
I will only pay you once I see a proper working Ad Hoc Build. No upfront payment.
Developers looking for long-term work, good in English, and who like to communicate via email/skype regularly will be preferred.
