Hello, I want to make App for all operating systems of mobile like Andriod, windows, i os, blackberry, java, etc. The app will be installed on mobile and it will send data of LOCATION, cell tower ids to the server. The app should send the data of nearest cell tower and other towers in whose coverage cell phone is, so that if the location of Nearest cell tower is not available in my database then it will show other towers location which is there. I have my own database of cell tower ids for India, but it is complete there may be tower missing but in the same area there are other tower also, so it covers maximum geographic area. The app should work in background and very small in size, it should be password protected so that if someone want to remove it or uninstall, it should ask for password so that unauthorized person will not be able to remove it. Other feature required is SMS function, if a sim card is changed from that mobile, it should send sms to predefined number about sim change with location details. There should be SOS feature so in case of emergency, the mobile will send sms to predefined number after long press of specific key. The Accuracy of Location should be as much as possible using technique like triangulation, etc. and work on gprs and wifi Kindly provide me details in PM about how should we go to achieve above things. As said earlier I have Data base of cell tower ids with there latitude and longitude and map data of india. Thank you

Hello, I have done similar work on Android before. It is possible to use the network location tracking (not GPS) to track the location secretly, if user has disable both we can use Cell Ids tracking and you can translate that to location when you display. For the SOS to trigger we can use power button on/off three times. My bid is for Android only. This is a serious bid. Looking forward to hearing from you -Aruna
