Android & iPhone/iPad app built

I need to have a single app built for iPhone/iPad (universal) and also for Android devices. It's pretty basic, but this is going to be an App for a conference we have coming up. I have a powerpoint to show what I'm looking for and will upload it to the person I award this to. For section (Icon 5), I already have the code built and being used in another app. I will give you access to the code after project begins. I'm looking for someone who is very good but also flexible because I will be receiving the content from our organization over the next few weeks. The app functionality is not difficult, but it will take me a little time to get the content for the app. I know how to build this for iPhone, you can see my work in iPhone store under 'Scott Rice'. I am just not familiar with Universal apps or Android. Here are the functions: Homescreen will have logo/small text and 6 icons. When Clicked: Icon 1 will open content regarding the program of the event. This will be static content. Icon 2 will open the agenda for the conference. This is a multi-day conference so there will need to be a way for users to select what day it is and then that days agenda will show up. Icon 3 will open up a list of PowerPoint presentations (this could be done in a table). When you select the PowerPoint presentation, it will just open right in to slide #1. We want to do this to reduce paper usage. Icon 4 will open up to the "Speakers/Bios". I would basically like to have a headshot on the left, content on the right and a read more button to open full bio. Icon 5 will open to a "Things to Do" section. Our conference is in Washington and I want to be able to list local restaurants, bars, entertainment etc. I want this section to use geo-coding to tell you how far away the location is from the user. (Don't worry :-) I already have this code for iOS and Android working in another app, I can send it to you so you don't have to build it) Icon 6 will just be a static picture of the hotel with location and contact information.
