I have done many iOS applications and I worked on database administration for 5 years so I have good knowledge that is needed in this project. I have 20+ years in application development and this should be routine work. As I understood, app should first download database tables needed for this app to work (one-way-sync) and then operate on local copy. I hope I can rely that provided SQLs will operate as-is because I do not know exact database model of yours.
