Multi-Modality Image Annotator

Budget: 100$ Our project is a research project with a goal to deliver a complete web-based medical imaging platform. We are using a similar source like prototype-cornerstone [1, 2] as a tool to display Medical Images (DICOM) from a DICOM Server [3, 6]. At the moment, our system composes a DICOM Server that serves and manages DICOM Images as a PACS. On the other hand, we have a prototype-cornerstone [2] similar system, that uses those DICOM Images to produce several operations over them. The prototype-cornerstone is just an incomplete sample of a similar code. The code regarding this project description is not the same since it has more functionality than this prototype-cornerstone. The structure is similar. The tasks regarding the present project are as follows: 1. Preliminary Log In System; 2. Loading Bar; 3. Saving Methods; 4. Fix: Image Counter; 5. Change Tag; 6. Zoom & Pan Interaction Technique; Understanding the task number (1) is trivial since the purpose is to create a preliminary log in system. The goal of this feature is to create a preliminary log in the system so that the user needs to log in. It will be simple as follow, we just want to allocate the Username and Password on a JSON file and prompt a pop-up window to compare the input with the information on the JSON file. We are completely aware that this feature is highly insecure, but since the system will be used on a closed environment, it is not an issue for us. For the task number (2), we aim to create and develop the loading methods. For the DICOM [3] images loading process, it is critical to establish a loading mechanism. During our user tests, we discover several issues that will be covered by this mechanism. The task number (3), we aim to develop the save configuration methods for asking to save when the user press close the patient. Therefore, we will have the guarantee of the saving data. This issue still needs to be a rethink and better detailed. On task number (4), the Image Counter feature is not counting the images correctly. The functionality is, therefore invalid for the current state of the UI and need to be fixed. The purpose of task number (5) is to change the MR tag to a more detailed one. The idea is to put, for instance, put a more detailed MR format. Finally, the task number (6) is to create and develop a novel interaction technique where the user can Zoom and Pan at the same time. The idea is to give a user the opportunity to use the mouse movements just to Pan and the mouse scroll to Zoom.
