I want to debug an error that pops up regularly on my site. The site is a library app where users can go in to borrow books and admin is alerted as themselves as they also get the mail. All processes of issuance and book returns are alerted by both admin and the user. The site is an HTML site with java language embedding it. After few minutes, about 2-3 minutes of inactivity, site throws an error saying "HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is [login to view URL]: StatementCallback; SQL [SELECT configuration_key,configuration_value FROM configurations]; Communications link failure". Also one of the features are not working on the site at the backend, the categories is not allowing for expansion where books can be added. the site is [login to view URL] I am ready to share more details.
