Build an Online Store

Im looking to launch a quality lingerie business on the web to begin with then get an app made, then build and franchise from there so I need a professional looking website with a shopping cart and user friendly features easy to use. From a management point of view, i would like to be able to view all orders/purchases made for the day, print off all the purchase orders made and notified as soon as a sale is made, so packing and shipping can be organized, view the daily earning intake for the day/week/month, set up to accept all forms of payment, an online catalog of the latest collection, information on interested distributors and an area where they can log in to order bulk items, catalogs, get support in anything to do with sales and marketing, billing and purchase history, etc. I would like the ability to convert whatever purchase orders made into an invoice very easily using the same information. Im not sure how complicated it would be to add stock levels to advise if an item is on back order or out of stock. features such as a clock count down for sale periods is also handy. also membership program will be on offer so anyone who signs up , i would need a separate area to manage their membership and have all relevant information attached and saved in a data base which includes all purchases and history, automatic discounts of a percentage that would apply to the members only (so a system needs to be created to apply member discounts via entering membership number to items before or at time of invoice or through a bar code system or by entering a unique code to apply the discount , Im open to suggestions and the most cost efficient way to a solution. i would like the best price possible to design not just a website, but one that includes monitoring, sales management, dealer/distributor support and login management, special features for sale periods and pre order discounts, application of discounts, management of membership program where alerts and emails are sent to members or distributors only, where client information is stored when entered and relevant purchase history is recorder ed and able to be viewed anytime, and account summaries and reports can be printed, as can the purchase orders and sales made can be printed and notification is received immediately to insure prompt packing and shipping with an optional packing slip can be generated if needed and printed off to save time. If possible to monitor stock levels and alerted when reordering is needed. Please quote me the best price and advise me if certain features add dramatically to the price I may be able to do manually instead through the website if it will be significantly less.
