Angular JS/CSS guru to create code for a button in HTML app

Hi All
I have created a button, but it is not state sensitive. Im trying to create a single button to unlock a door, the button reads the state of the item (LOCKED or UNLOCKED), when its LOCKED, it should display the option only to UNLOCK. When UNLOCKED, it should display the option only to LOCK.
I need the small amount of code to do this.
Here is visually how the button works. This sample has two buttons, one for Calling and one for hanging up, it would be nice to merge into one.
This is for use in OpenHAB. itemValue is a SWITCH which always has a state. It's the checking of the state that should change the content of the switch
My code:
<div class="widget">
<div class="icon" ng-class="{true:'on', false:'off'}[itemValue('DoorBird_SIP')=='ON']"><svg viewBox="0 0 48 48"><use xlink:href="/static/matrix-theme/squidink.svg#microphone"></use></svg></div>
<div class="name">Intercom</div>
<div class="sceneGroup">
<div class="scene" ng-class="{true:'on', false:'off'}[itemValue('DoorBird_SIP')=='ON']" ng-click="sendCmd('DoorBird_SIP', 'ON')">Back Call</div>
<div class="scene" ng-class="{true:'on', false:'off'}[itemValue('DoorBird_SIP')=='OFF']" ng-click="sendCmd('DoorBird_SIP', 'OFF')">Hang Up</div>
</div>
</div>
