Build a simple but complex BTC sell/buy website

Hello prospective website builders, I have a kind of difficult request and I am going to review my offers and see who is the best fit here is what I am going for!\r\n\r\nThis is just my idea I am open to any corrections or improvements.\r\n\r\npage 1 BUY or SELL must have way to sign in at the top for people who make account if they pick buy or sell they should be prompted to make an account if not signed in and then go to page 2 where they can choose how many btc they want to buy and the corresponding dollar amount for that which will be by the market price that is set when they select how much they want and locked in. \r\n\r\nBUY\r\nBuying will be either cash or money order shipped in to the business or moneygram western union which they will pay the fees for. I want an option where buyer chooses to pay shipping themselves and has a box to put the tracking information which will be mandatory to continue the transaction as a shipment or if they select other option to enter western union or moneygram information. \r\n\r\nSELL\r\nThe selling page will prompt sign in if not signed in as it has to be mandatory. I want a \"dashboard\" page where the seller/user can see there BTC balance and choose to either sell the balance... must have a way for user to add bank account information for deposit of cash or withdraw it to an outside BTC address for a small fee also I want a sell option where individuals can upload pictures of real life items they want to sell for BTC and prompt a screen that they can explain the item they are selling with boxs like pic uploader - item name - proposed value - condition (new, used, excellent, great) no guns, or stolen items or items under a $100 market value which will be explained before agreeing to sell - \r\n\r\n\r\nOn my side of things I will have to have a system to mark BTC orders fulfilled and a way to respond to seller BTC orders and propective items with a accepted and rejected response with the amount my business is willing to pay on its arrival and a way to create USPS labels for the customers would be great. I will also need a how it works, contact us/support, about us, FAQ pages. I want this website to laid out as simply as possible. All payouts of BTC from me for cash and item sales will be to the corresponding users account on my site.
