repair ASP/PAYPAL link for password purchases

I have a website which sells a CD-ROM/password (see: [login to view URL]). Buying a password or a CD sends the purchase to PayPal where it is processed. They get an automatic email with their login (registered email address) and randomized password. Their personalized login data is is written to this database: (see: [login to view URL], user: bigmyth, pass: eagle). Their accounts are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Before their account expires, they receive an email reminding them to renew their accounts. They get a reminder 48 before, 24 hours before and 8 hours before. This whole system BROKE because the host moved the package to a new server. I need a freelancer who understands ASP and PAYPAL to do the following: 1) FIND and FIX the broken paths 2) thoroughly TEST the system, including the email reminders 3) set it up so that it's all stand-alone and will not break again if the site gets moved. Please do not respond unless you UNDERSTAND the problem and how to fix it.? If this is done well and quickly (this week), there is an identical second project which needs the same attention.
