My ecommerce website built on Magento framework v1.9.x to v2.x with all the customizations done in my current running website to the new version.
Also suggesting any enhances if possible.
My website is www.bakersfun.com.

Customizations done to the current Magento Website.
1. Individual Product flavours,flavour cost, time of delivery, time of preperation
2. Shopping cart customization to give pick up from store with the list of stores to choose
3. In the admin tool the product config page where it can accustom all the options to configure specified in bullet no 1
4. Upload your own cake photo module implemented and once uploaded by customer approving the product and sending a link to customer to place the order which has the customer customizations implemented
5. admin home page customizations to also show last 5 Upload your own cake items
6.In the orders table of the admin page the page view customizations along with deletion of specific orders
7. Order status customization
8. Email delivery customization
9. Payment Gateways customization
While some of them are plugins some of them are developed
