Updating Joomla Theme and changing social plug-in and add a few features

When I had [login to view URL] developed, the theme was taken from a company that I have a membership to. I will give you access to the company. It is the adventure theme here: [login to view URL] Anyways, when the company first produced the theme, it is very nice, but the theme has some quirky features with some of the buttons and links did not look/work correctly. I had contacted the company to please work on the theme as there were issues. The company (not too long ago) replied stating that they have updated the theme and it works better. So, the theme is updated in the companies portfolio and is available for download. I had [login to view URL] highly customized (as you can tell between the template and the site). I had the site built where the user can choose the home page of their certain hobby (plane/jet style, boat style, helicopter style, car and truck style) Once the user chooses what style home page they want, it remembers them and when the user visits the site, it stays on the style that they chose unless they change the style again. I tried contacting the original developer that developed [login to view URL] for me a while back ago, but I do not think he is doing web work anymore. I need this job done while keeping all of the customization on the site and not mess the site up. After this theme update, I am wanting to do away with the social plugin that is installed on the site currently,( JomSocial ) and change the social plugin to easy social. I have easy social on another site but do not need it there and would like to use it on [login to view URL] as It seems to me work better. If you think different, please let me know. When someone signs into the site, I need to maintain it as it is where that same user once signed in can go to any parts of the site and not have to "sign in" again. One log-in works for all section of the site. (it currently is set this way and want to keep it this way when the easysocial pluggin is installed. Would like to work on the Directory section and make it work/look better (may be a better plugin for this). This is where I upload businesses (places that sell rc items) and have it where I can have their location and time of hours and also show a map of where the business is located. What like for the user to search by their city, state , zip code, business name etc. Would like to add a tab/section (or another spot under Directory) called Rc Places where it has a map of the united states and surrounding countries (but main focus is U.S.) where the user can click on the state or country and it will take them to all of the places that I upload in the admin that have a place to fly, boat, or Rc Car. It will have a google map of the exact location or the user can search by city, state, zip code or name. I would like to change some wording and images that are currently on the site so will give you a few changes of text and images to put on the site. (not that many) I am needing the site done through some and just clean up and have things flow better. If you feel you are highly confident that you can do it, I will give you access to my joomla account where the company has the updated theme. If you do not feel totally confident you can do it Please do not bid. Will pay in milestones and prefer the developer to start immediately if possible.
