Please read description before bid on my project,Ivr phone tree api is needed, project description is shown below [login to view URL] IVR, welcome mp3. then for first language(1) press 1, for second language(2) press 2, press 3, press 4, press 5 (can be add more) wait for "dial" if not or wrong play reenter mp3, repeat 2 times if not entered continue first language (lang1) "There will be 5 different language all steps has same procedure as first one only mp3 files and text to speech will be change acording to selection and server response lang 1, welcome mp3 (each mp3 files will be different)"order status check press 2, add merchant press 3 , human resources press 4 , marketing press 5 , customer support and technical support press 6 , for operator press 0, (wait to get responce if not or wrong input repeat 2 time , then goodbye mp3 and hang up )(save record detail and number) Phone three 1-For Order Status Check, welcome mp3, ask for enter the uniqe code to login ,(no or wrong responce repeat 2 time , goodbye mp3 save record steps and hang up) case1 - invalid login (wrong number,less digit ,no enterence) repeat 2 times , goodbye mp3 and hang up (or maybe return main menu) case2-success login , play welcome mp3, and check if any processing order avaliable or not if not processing order , play goodbye mp3 (this section we only check current orders for other inqureis , please send us an email or talk to customer support press 1,) repeat 2 times if wrong or no dail and hang up if there is processing order, play mp3 for there is an order in process to check please enter last 2 digits of order number, if it doesnt match ,repeat 2 times , the goodbye mp3(for security porpose we disconnect call ) if it match ,welcome mp3 , read order status use "text to speech" read from server action "if you would like to talk with restaurant reagding to your order press 1 twilio check how can we connect this call to rstaurant BETA :) Phone three - Add merchant , welcome mp3, do you have internet and pc in your merchant , press 1, if not play goodby mp3 rest i will send according to your responce... I will provide all steps, only on order status check we need server side connection, rest are playing playing mp3 files according to dial, It is my first project on ivr , so if i am not seeing any detail please guide me ...
