Project Blueprint Outline ([login to view URL]) Below is what we require; we want a setup similar to what PayPal is. Merchants can go in and view, track, search, transaction, request, dispute etc. We don’t need all its features just the main ones for now.. We need a stripe developer to build a site/portal for us using the stripe api. We want in that portal merchant with the ability to create pay links to be placed on various their merchant sites for their own customers to purchase a product. Each website they place their links on should have its own unique code so we can track what site those payments came from as they are our customers we are processing their individual online payments for. Also in that very site/portal we can go into to track all payments from sites those pay links are in. We want every merchant that creates a pay link for them to have a unique username and password as well so they can go in and ONLY see their payments from their respective website. We are charging both our merchant and their customer. Every transaction that occurs at checkout there is a $2.00 USD charge (regardless of the amount and only we should see this charge on our portal no one else, also we should be able to decrease or increase this charge at will in our master portal) and we are charging our merchants 7% of every transaction (again we should be able to increase or decrease this percentage at will in our master portal) this should be automatic. So they will see the full transaction done, however they will automatically be deducted 7% (similar to what paypal does)from their total. We want them to be able to withdraw their funds every week. We need them to be able to put all their banking details there so we can transfer the funds (they should be able to change their details at will). We need a full and detailed history of transactions withdrawals, refunds the whole like... We need a full transaction search feature that gives full details (time, date, transaction amount, person name etc…). The withdrawal process should be automatic every week. We also want to charge them $25.00USD every month for this service. It will automatically be deducted from their account or a credit card they have on file. We want every time someone pays an automatic email goes to them with the information we provide. We want to change this information any time we choose. We also want recurring payments so customers do not have the hassle of doing this each month. Below is an example of the preferred work flow. You may change as needed. CUSTOMER 1. Customer goes to desired website 2. Finds product 3. Clicks on the payment link 4. Redirected to purchase at [login to view URL] 5. Fills in data 6. Terms and Conditions must be accepted that this is non-refundable(we will provide this) 7. The user gets a few emails: a. Thank you for Purchasing from [login to view URL] this is your login info (Transaction #1) Credit card transaction number b. You have a pending transaction for User “ashfiue whashfa”(last 4 digits from credit card) (Pending Payment transaction #) c. Moments later or so. (your payment to customer is complete) (same Payment number as above. 8. Payment complete Merchant 1. On purchase, Merchant is notified of the pending transaction so that they can get their name and email address. Transaction # is also in email 2. The merchant can track payments via a log dashboard and match users by Transaction # 3. The merchant sends receipt and account info. 4. The merchant can view balance in the account 5. Weekly deposits is sent to a merchant bank account
