Save a Kinesis Video Stream to AWS S3

I need a Lambda function that will receive a variable (from API Gateway) with a Kinesis Video Stream name. From there it will need to do the following:
(1) Finds relevant video fragments using ListFragments

(2) Retrieves all relevant video fragments using GetMediaForFragmentList

(4) Convert video fragments to files (There is no API for this, you will need to create your ownapplication logic)
(5) Upload files to S3

The destination bucket and name of the file will also by passed by the API Gateway to the lambda function during the invocation.
The Lambda must be done with Python (3.6 or 3.7)
ATTENTION: There is no Boto3 method to do that.
