I need some Graphic Design

I need a highly skilled and efficient graphic designer with amazing sophisticated taste for design and love for what they do. I am looking for a long term person to grow with my business. We have 6 brands we will be developing in the next few months and so someone that would be interested in long term work.
For this specific initial project I need to get the best realistic t-shirt mockups ready with my designs. I also will want you to help me with new t-shirt designs. So this is a project for a creative person too.
Must know how to manipulate realist t-shirt mockups and other types of mockups, do amazing banner and flyer designs, t-shirt designs, and help with website mockups. Also need some creative gif animations done for social media and design beautiful content for facebook, instagram, pinterest and blog.
If you know basic video editing, it would be great so I don't have to hire another person, but not a requirement.
You must also be great at photo editing, so if you know lightroom and photoshop that is fantastic.
Also, please only apply if you read this entire project description and truly feel you are a match. I am a skilled designer with an eye for detail and have high standards for the work that I need done. Once again I ideally would like someone to join my team for many ongoing creative projects.
I will do a trial period testing 2 or 3 freelancers and then decide who to keep permanently and once I know your efficiency I will increase the pay rate.
