Need help with web page design and user experience -- 2

Introduction: I need help with web page design for the pages of a company site. I have a large number of ideas I'd like to use but I am unsure of how to use them to achieve the most attractive looking pages. What I need: I have the current old site, and the new site which I will give you links to. I need you to take the ideas I have and give me a design in Photoshop/Illustrator/Muse. Show me the best way to display my content and how to combine my ideas to make my pages look awesome. I will do the actual programming and any artwork requirements. I will be asking for 3-5 design ideas per page. I have attached a piece of one of my pages. You can get a good idea for the quality of design I am looking for per page. I will be trying out multiple designers for this to find the one that can work with me the best.
