Multi-Host Download Website

I'm looking for a professional freelancer who can design a similar premium leeching/downloading site like Zevera or Real-debrid. Work will be mostly 80% backend 20% design. All plugins (ie. payment systems, admin panel, etc.) should be included and easily configurable. More details can be found below. I am looking for someone who has previous experience in this type of projects and can provide full support in the first few months. Please send me your portfolio/past work if bidding.
