KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATION
- inputting and manipulation of data into various software packages.
- Maintenance of the CRM system ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times. Extending database outside existing customers.
- Preparation of reports as advised
- Format, style and proofread documents
REQUIREMENTS
- High level of experience of word, excel, pdf editors
- Excellent grammer and a high attention to detail
MARKETING & SALES
- Adjust marketing and sales material including brochures using Adobe or other software
- Help manage online content including our Website, Facebook & Twitter Accounts
- Expand online presence – incorporate research blogs, find content to share, youtube products and information.
- Compile all our past/current marketing campaigns into one central file
REQUIREMENTS
- High level of experience of Adobe Photoshop or other software
- experience with social media platforms
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Must have excellent editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, and outstanding communication skills, orally and in writing. (Must be fluent in English)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe.

- Confidence working with social media
- A proven track record
- Trustworthy with an understanding of appropriate relationship building
- The skills & mindset to multi-task and prioritise on your feet
