I have a website now that is NOT responsive or smart phone friendly. I need to have it made responsive as defined here. "Responsive Web design (RWD) is a Web design approach aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from mobile phones to desktop computer monitors)." The current site is https://www.speedysoftusa.com. I do not want to change the look and feel of the site, just make it responsive. Also do not want to lose any functionality, links or on page or background seo factors. Use existing images, fonts, colors, etc. There are approximately 30 pages to deal with but a lot of them are design clones with textual changes only. The finished site must not rely on any technology not already used with the site such as Ruby on Rails.
