JS/JQuery Slider and Promo Interface

Hi there everyone. If you have used the version of Netflix that had JQuery sliders that slowly moved across the screen and allowed you to change direction and so on based on your mouse location, you know what I need. I need someone to make me a slider template that looks and feels like that but has a neat box element above each element within the slider that will contain text (the title of the element). If you scroll over the element, I want it to pop up in an animated fashion to show 4 different boxed elements that would have 100% width (obviously with padding) that will show Promo Name, Promo Description, Discount and Price. There must also be a button that says Redeem and below that, an expiry date and a terms and conditions text that should be seen by the user. When the user clicks redeem, the popup should animate and a new one should appear on the screen from the right, replacing the hover over dialogue. This popup will be much larger and the website behind it should go grey when this happens. It will contain the image shown in the slider, text about the promotion, information about the business and a Redeem button which has two forms above it for Name and Phone Number. When it submits, I want the popup to have all of the text animate out of it and then to display Thank you for redeeming this offer from ect ect. I need this to be timed for 5 seconds before going back the main screen. This is a contest because I want to see the best designers create an awesome product that fits my description. Free reign over your ideas is welcomed but if you are accepted, ill let it be known that I will probably need things to be changed.
