I have a HTML website i need to convert to wordpress, you simply need to convert header and footer to dynamic wordpress platform. Main content i will use builder (Visual Composer) So just make it compatible if something need to be done for that additionally as much as i know nothing extra is needed.. :)
Also, Reduce the CSS, JS and other files from the project to make website completely light and light and light.
(this need to be done with HTML version of the website - If i get good quote)
Need to be done in couple hrs.. no more time..
Budget is strict so please don't start imagining Stars :)
