Find or change gif - $2 total

We have done extensive searching for a simple left to right loading icon that is small and transparent so that it could be viewed in a small area from the phone and does not detract from the content of the pages we want to use it on. The one I have uploaded needs to be changed so that the background is transparent instead of black and the inside shows up cleanly in a non-transparent color, and without artifacts. Let me reiterate that the purpose is to not distract from the content of the page, but simply let people see that the page is still loading. This is a difficult file to modify but we need to see if there is a way. We can pay $2 total for the one that we end up using. The resulting format needs to be in a .gif file format. Send when you have it and I will select the first one that works for us. You will get $2 as well as the opportunity to work with us long-term. Unfortunately, I cannot award until we have the right solution from you.
