Designs for Print on Demand Products

We are a small E-commerce company who sell Print on Demand products such as T-shirts, Shoes, Bags etc. for specific niche markets. These niches could be anything from Dog Breeds to Motorsport enthusiasts. We are looking to recruit two designers, initially on a 2 week trial to design 6 - 8 new unique designs each day. Each of these designs should be created in different sizes to match the products they are to be uploaded to. If you successfully complete the two week trial and we work well together, there may be an opportunity to continue working on an ongoing basis (hours to be agreed) We will provide you with some example designs and ask you to create something similar or we will give you a subject and ask that you create designs for that subject. - Designs once created will become our property and you must not use or sell them to other businesses or individuals for commercial use - You must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop - Art format must be produced as JPEGs - Art Resolution must be 300 dpi - Art colour profile must use CYMG for optimal colour printing - a number of different sized images of the same design will be required - you will be given access to product design specifications along with videos for the instructions regarding image sizing Please apply if you would like to be part of a team that will grow and allow your creativity to shine. A skype or zoom call will be offered to the top 5 applicants who can demonstrate their creativity and brilliant work ethic. Preference will be given to those designers with a 5 star rating / positive reviews from previous clients.
