Designing Website with CRM Integration and B2B Customer Ordering Portal

There are 3 aspects to this project.

1) Static promotion website: We need to create and design an informational website. This should include roughly 5-10 pages worth of content, pictures, and contact us page. It shall include royalty free pictures that we are allowed to display. The presentation is of vital importance. News Feeds links also will be required to the website.

2) The website should include a CRM Integrated system with no further monthly charges if a template used. This can be done by integrating CRM system such as SugarCRM, ZOHO CRM, Web3Box CRM or [login to view URL] CRM System. We can also accept a customised lead maangement system or you can use one of the CRM already integrated with CMSs like Joomla [login to view URL]).

This will require a degree of customisation to make sure we can track sales leads from the outset to pipeline to final customer. Details should include their contact details, notes, calender etc. Email integration should be included so we can send chain emails if required to potential customers.

3) Finally we require a B2B Customer Online Ordering Portal integrated within our website. This should enable ONLY registered and approved customers to view product list and place orders online. It will give us the ability to customise products and prices for different types of customers, add promotional products and messages to the main page, ability for customer to see order updates and past orders. We should also be able to manage and view orders. No stock management required on this yet, but we may approach you in the future to upgrade this and carry out additional projects for us in the future.

The quote should include the creation of all 3 requirements above including any extra software or templates or pictures required to build the above. Since we give great importance to presentation and usability, we would require revisions to the point until we are satisfied. A clean bug-free website is what we require that our users enjoy using and thus see an increase in our sales.

Timeline is also of importance to us and we would ideally like to have the website and system built and tested within 30 days.
