Design and Logo for a Pass Card

Hello, we are looking for someone to design the design and logo for a pass city card. Size: 8,5 cm x 5,5 cm landscape format. The design should be simple and clear, we have two examples of how it should look like. No photos and only one universal graphic that fits on every pass card for different cities. The name of the card is "BLUE SIAT" and should be written in blue. The signature "Sightseeing & Attractions Pass" and the city name (for example Vienna or Barcelone and a small flag symbol) We already have a back for the card, which must match the design. Fonts please google fonts (for example raleway or varela round) The card will be printed on matt paper. We need an open processing file and changes included in the price.
