Hello there, I have made a Visual C# program which I want to have converted and "re-designed/completed" as a website. NOTE: Completed, as in, the program I wrote is still missing a lot of features that I'd like to add. Your task will be to do the following: 1) Re-write my program as a website 2) Add visual designs and make it look simple/smooth 3) Create an encrypted SQL database 4) Link the website to that database 5) Make the website work on mobile platforms (so I could wrap it up into an app) I mainly need a quick deadline, and someone who's fluent in English, or a native English speaker. Communication is most important to me!
