Build a Website for Mass keno numbers

This project is for keno numbers from MA state lottery. Basically this is a much simpler program than my other one that I'll be posting in a couple days. For this one what will need to happen is you will have access to a server and to a newly started website domain. You will need to take all the data from [login to view URL] . Their data goes back to 1993. You need to put that into the server so the website will have somewhere to draw in info from. Then you'll need to make the one page website similar to what I have shown you in the attachment. I just did a quick paint picture so show you somewhat of what I need. I don't need anything fancy just one page and to what you see. If your price is out of my budget please don't bid, you are wasting your time. If you say "lets chat about the details" but you only get to "Hey how are you?" then don't waste your time. If you change the price after bidding then don't waste your time. I will chat with you to see if you even read the details because I haven't had very good luck with this website so far.
