Hello Designer,
We are looking for a competent freelancer to completely re-design the website for our college Department and implement SEO functionality into its working.
The core set of skills required for this project would be HTML5 + CSS3. There is NO back-end work required for this project as the website is completely static.

We would like to migrate the existing content of the website to a new design and layout in order to increase traffic to the website.
We are willing to negotiate the price if the quality of work is as per our expectations.
The timeframe for the project is 1 month and we require it within that duration from the date of start of the project.
