PROJECT DESCRIPTION (Project will pay $30.00) I'm looking for a very simple WordPress plugin that will enable a random unique number (serial number) that my user can use to track specific uploads made to my site. No matter the file type. The file must be able to be stored on a database on my server. I also want to be able to block or allow access to this plugin for users. I would like to be able to control the amount of uploads a user can make. example: user comes fills out small simple form makes upload and can look it up at anytime with this [login to view URL] can be a generic looking plugin (if you can design something cool looking a definite plus. - Must not change any Wordpress core code - Must be Wordpress 3.6+ compatible - Freelancer must be able to communicate in English and accessible by online chat - Test environment for demo is important I will be available for easy contact. Must create plugin on your own server. Developer will not have access to my server. Please message me with any questions. I will expect all bidders to read and understand this project scope.
