Job involves
1) Setting up a wordpress template
2) Design as per scribble attached.
3) Re-purposing content from old website
4) Copy writing to create documents / content.
5) Illustrations
6) A PDF document well designed that works as the Call For Entry Kit
( see reference for attachment. Ours will be much smaller in number of pages )
And repurposing some designs already available or done in the past.

Only if you are a freelancer or design agency that has immediate time available and network of design, copy, illustration bid for this. Past work done is of great importance.
Payment will be done only on completion of full work and no milestone payments are made.
