Build professional landing page for CPA, Affiliate, Digital and all kind of Marketing -- 2

My Requirements for landing page:

1. Fully customized page so that I can edit

2. Content and Images uploading option

3. Fully Responsive

4. Image slider Banner

5. Captcha Contact Form

6. Landing page should have 10 field (so I can delete or edit field)

7. Landing page must have email import option so that I can send thousands of emails.

8. All browsers support

9. There must have Desktop and Mobile option button. (So that anyone can see my advertisement through desktop PC mode , Laptop mode and mobile mode)

10. My advertisement should support all Desktop and mobile devices including (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.

11. Must be a professional page. ( So that anyone can choose/like your designing page)

12. Must include outside link option(e.g. Product Preview link, Affiliate link to earn money)

13. There must be a social link options (Facebook, Tweeter etc)

14. Logo design ( I will provide you with hand written logo, you just finished it through Photoshop etc)

I will give you a demo (in word file). So that you can easily understand "Which things you insert in which area!!!".

If any corrections needed (in your word file) I will tell you.
