coaching system admin area giving every user the role of coach or coachee or administrator 1- coachee a- has ability to choose which coach to follow. b- has ability to schedule time, date and location for coaching. c- has ability to rank coach after each coaching session based on specific criteria will be provided by administrator. d- membership financials e- my profile: there are 2 different profiles 1- coach feedbacks with previous sessions feedbacks. 2- personal goals and achievements: here coachee will have: a- his life goals and plans. b- profile building including 2- coach: my profile b- giving feedback to coachees after every session. c- assigning new tasks to coachee after each session based on what happened in discussions between coach and coachees d- my own marketing strategy (number of free sessions + session price) 3- administrator a- adding rating and feedback criteria from admin area page admin will be able here to choose fields for example: * type a rating from 1-10 for example: satisfaction level from 1-10 * type b rating yes or no for example: did the coach arrived on time? yes or no * type c rating based on comments for example: what are your recommendations for the coach? * type d stars for example: what is the professional level of the coach star 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 NOTE: there are 2 feedback pages 1 is for the coach another one is for the coachee p.s. we might have 3rd feedback page for our company rating and feedback to improve our services ---------- b- System Financials: there are 3 different financials parts a- coach financials b- coachee financials c- company financials ----------- c- administrator can customize profile pages fields based on users such as coach or coachees users profile pages: social networks links including: linked in facebook WhatsApp twitter Instagram email --------------- categories: admin can add coach categories for example: academic coaching social coaching health coaching financial coaching soft skills coaching religion coaching ...etc p.s. maybe later we will add subcategories for categories for example: "main" health coaching "sub" mental health coaching weight loss coaching handicap coaching ...etc --------------- email follow up system this system should take care of sessions reminders and feedback reminders automatically wighout any user enter acting. --------------- how system works? coach registrations: coach certified page: including all certified coaches and there own profiles and ranks. every coach will be able to add his own price per hour and position him self based on his own targeted audience and interests. coachees can access the coaches pages and can choose coach to follow up with them. ------- index page will include headers footers introduction video number of registered users coaches and coachees. ---------- header menu about us why coaching certify your self as a coach coaches join us testimonies disclaimer contact us sitemap this site should be built using wordpress and plugins as the plugin of coaching should not be effected with wordpress updates or theme updates it also should be able later to be used building the sane DB using mobile app version on iphone or android
