Big menu print design, to be put on light box

I need my menu designed asap. It will feature about 40 dishes, all photo supplied. You will simply choose a background, then pick the food photo shots, crop/zoom them and spread on a grid. You will add names, price on top of the food pictures. You will also create a brand name. The print is expected to be 1150mm x 2400mm and to be put on a big and bright light box as in the picture. All photos are tuned colour accordingly to show correct colour after being lid from the back by the light box. You will need to do your part with the graphic you create. Basically, everything on the print has to be darked so that light doesn't wash the colour out. The photos are already done with this step, simply import them into the canvas. You must have a perfect knowledge and experience working with this type of work, to be able to tune the design correctly for light box purpose. If you haven't done any lightbox advertising, printing work, don't bother to bid please. If the design isn't done right, the light will wash colour out. Eg. white becomes a bit blue-ish.
