There is a feature in there to have a tenant specific stylesheet that would basically change out the theme/layout. I’m looking for someone to provide a couple working examples that can override the existing style colors to be color based.

Once logged in, you can go to admin -> visual settings menu item. On the bottom change the drop downs on the bottom from “light” to “dark”.
Example 1: using a primary color #CC0000 red and secondary color #999999 gray. Create a css file that will use that primary color or create a skin that used that color for the side navigation, navigation icon fill, primary button, table headers, etc. and use the secondary color for secondary buttons and other complimenting skins.
Example 2. Using primary #fc5e03 and secondary color #333333
