I'm looking to have a complete ASP.NET Penny Auction Software. The public website and the admin web site. We have .NET programmers, but don't want to start from scratch.
The script/Software must be exactly the same as [url removed, login to view] (see the demo on their web page)
The only difference is that i can set a reserve price on auction. when set, the reserve price must be displayed to bidders. If the reserve is not met, i want an option to decide if a want every bidder to recover their bids, or the highest bidder to win all the bids. And also a option to show or hide the reserve price to the public.
The site should use these technologies :
No MVC... just plain ASP.NET 4.0
Entity Framework 4
Three tien architecture (UI Layer, Business Layer and Data Access Layer)
all the UI and client side validation should be in JQuery
SQL Server 2008R2
a good design, not a copy of known bid web site.
Must support multiple language, must integrate Paypal payment option and all the specs from [url removed, login to view]
At the end of the project, i should get all the source code and the database script.
My Max budget for that are 1500$.. don't bid if you are asking more than that.
