Architecture Redesign - bungalow House

Need architect / designer to assign in house renovation of a bungalow Background of houseowner -Chinese Malaysian who prefers modern architecture design Design required: 1)Owner wants to repaint and change the color code the entire house (usage of 2-3 colours plus white colour) To design and provide 3 different version of repaint colors of the house front , back left , right visualization in real pics (changed colors) and 3d vizualization Style – Modern , luxury 2)Design of left,right, front and back fencing Owner wants to increase the height of the fencing wall using brick only Left , right , back fencing can be simply and nice Front fencing to look modern , grand , prefer with lightings Please provide design and colour 3d visualization 3)Design of joining section between maid room and main house The maid room is currently not joint with the main house . Owner wants to join the house using bricks as wall , back of it to have window for sunlight , please design and propose the roof type to use ( need to prevent theft) 4)Design of balcony area - intention to cover the top making it an open concept gym area Owner thinks that outer look of the house does not give a “wah” modern luxury expression to the guest that comes .
