Alter some Images

Project Description I need an artist to modify an old World War Two propaganda poster, which is attached, for a fictional book cover. The book is similar to The Man in the High Castle. Items that need to be modified: 1. Flag at top needs to be converted to an American Flag with a swastika in the blue portion as per the attached image for reference. The whole swastika need not be visible, but the portion which is visible needs to clearly be a swastika. Colors should NOT be the same as in the picture but rather muted to match the poster image. Think darker colors - burgundy instead of red, cream instead of white, etc. The flag needs to appear to be waving just like in the original. Swastika should be white. 2. Existing text at bottom of poster needs to be deleted. 3. Title to book needs to be added at bottom - The New American Reich 4. Underneath title, in smaller letters, is the authors name - Todd Robert Pajonas 5. The text should be in a similar poster style but with a darker color, perhaps white or cream color, which matches the poster. 6. Need the image rendered as just a stock image as well as it were a book cover on an existing book. 7. Overall the modifications should look like they were part of the existing poster and not look like additions. I would need the project completed within three days of acceptance. It is useful in your proposal to reference my project so I know that yours is not just a generic proposal. Let me know why you are right for the job. Lastly, since this is a very simple task, I am looking to pay between $50 - $100 for this work. Thanks!
